With free WiFi Specifications match Havens prestige with decking. Kitchen – on entry fully fitted kitchen with full gas cooker with oven/grill, integrated full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot, Tassimo coffee machine, pans and ovenware, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. Store cupboard which houses the boiler, sweeping and hand brushes, mop and bucket, ironing board, iron and clothes airier. Dining area – Table and chairs for four people with place and drink mats. Lounge – Two and three seater sofas, coffee table with stools, we have a 32 inch TV with DVD player and Free-view, DAB radio, we have supplied a selection of board games as well as DVD films to keep the family entertained when not enjoying the fabulous facilities offered by Devon Cliffs. The patio doors open wide onto a sheltered veranda with patio furniture to relax with either a cup of tea or chilled wine whilst soaking in the sun or admiring the panoramic sea views. Before heading out to the beach grab the buckets, spades and fishing nets (provided for guest use). We’re sure you won’t be disappointed on what is provided to make your holiday memorable. Corridor leading to: Bathroom – with double shower cubical, toilet, hand basin and cabinets for toiletries and the all important shaver plug and light. Twin bedroom – with single wardrobe and twin beds which can be converted into a double bed if required. Single bedside table with lamp. Wall mounted TV/DVD Double bedroom – with double bed, ample wardrobe and drawer space, dressing table with mirror, hairdryer is supplied, beside tables and lamps, Wall mounted TV Leading to: En-suite bathroom – with toilet, hand basin and wall cabinet. The caravan is central heated and benefits from double glazing for comfort when the temperature drops. There is a vacuum cleaner for use. We do have several vans in the same area, so please check if you have a large family and all wish to be in very close proximity to one another. Please note, we DO NOT provide sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers as standard, but for a separate fee of £5 pp (maximum of £20) we can provide freshly laundered bedding . We DO provide quilts and pillows. We DO NOT provide towels, tea towels, cleaning products, toilet rolls and toiletries. Therefore you will need to bring them with you. Please note ** the preference states no same sex groups**. This is merely policy of Haven regarding Hen/Stag weekends etc. Our ruling to this also applies, We DO welcome same sex families in our caravan All Gas, Electric and Water is included in price quoted. Short breaks may be available. Our caravan is located a five minute walk from the heart of the complex, entertainment venue and shops, but is nice and quite, the beach and the South Beach Cafe are around a ten minute walk. Terms and conditions will be sent with booking form once you have confirmed your interest in a holiday date. Why choose Devon Cliffs? Well apart from it being award winning, with helpful and happy staff….. The park has indoor and outdoor pools. 20 activities (you can purchase passes) which include, Arial Adventure, Segway, Archery, Crazy Golf to name but a few. Eateries include, Mash and Barrel and South Beach Cafe, as well as fast food from Burger King, Papa Johns pizza, Slim Chicken, Fish and Chips and Millie’s Cookies . There is evening entertainment which is nightly as well as a game of bingo for the chance to win cash. Amusement arcade to keep everyone happy and Kids Clubs to keep the kids entertained whilst you get an hour or so to yourself. If you want to venture outside the park and spread your wings Exmouth is just over 2 miles away, lovely little town with quaint bars and restaurants. Great little shops and lovely beach. Mickeys on the Beach owned by Michelin 5* local chef Michael Caine, River Exe Cafe is a floating restaurant located in the estuary, get a water taxi to take you to some of the best food and views in Exmouth, but you will need to book well in advance. 7 miles away is Sidmouth, lovely seaside shopping town, great little tea rooms and shops, just walk along the pebbled beach with sea facing benches to while away an hour. 13 miles away is Torquay, a great place to walk around the harbour, catch up on a little shopping, eat fish and chips by the sea. If like us you were a fan of Broadchurch, a visit to West Bay in Dorest is well worth a visit, and just an hour away by car 20 miles away is Lyme Regis lovely harbour and quaint individual shops, lovely eateries. The list goes on……and on….. There is something for everyone here, once you’ve been here you’ll want to come back to explore some more.
