Spacious house on the waterfront.

A spacious house on the outskirts of Joure and yet close to the city center of Joure. The house is in a residential area with lots of water, in a quiet street. The ground floor has a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, utility room, separate toilet and garage. Towels and bedding are provided. There is a sweet cat living there that you must take care of. The whole house is available for you (expect 2 rooms in the attic that are closed for our personal belongings). The space You can go into the village by car, but there are also bicycles in the garage that you can use. The house has 3 bedrooms and a study. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet. In the kitchen is a large refrigerator and in the garage a freezer. Behind the house is a spacious garden where children can play or where you can enjoy the tranquility. The house is on the water, it is freely accessible (no fence for access to the ditch). The backyard is closed with a fence. In the garden, you can eat together at the dining table or relax under the canopy. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom with large double box spring bed (180x200) and 2 bedrooms. Our son's room has a 90x200 bed. Our daughter's room has a 140x200 double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes, and there are windows with screens and blackout curtains. Upstairs is also a room that can be used as a sports room, or study. Important to know: Our cat Tiger will be your pet during your stay. He is a sweet cat who is allowed to come anywhere in the house. He likes that his food bowl is filled and that he gets a pat from time to time. Guest access The whole house is available for you, expect 2 attics that are closed for our personal belongings. The car can be parked in the driveway or in front of the house in the street. We do not have parking problems in Friesland. Public transportation is arranged. There is a bus stop a few hundred meters away, and in Heerenveen there is a train station. Bicycles are gold in our village. You have access to 3 adult bicycles (2x lady and 1x gentleman). Other things to note During your stay, you will have to take care of our cat, he likes to have his food bowl filled and occasionally a pat on his head. No cleaning fees will be charged. We assume that guests will keep the house clean themselves, and deliver it clean! If you find this annoying, please let us know, and we will arrange a cleaner at an additional cost upon departure.
