Tiny home in Franklin

This peacefully situated tiny home sits on a bit of country, right near downtown Franklin, with chickens, songbirds, and roaming collie dogs included! With its own parking area at the end of a long driveway, a private, ample patio space, and all of the comforts of home in a compact package, you can have all the fun in Franklin and Nashville, take walks to beautiful Pinkerton Park and historic Fort Granger, and have a cozy little nest of your own to return to when the day is done. The space The Songbird Bungalow is a tiny home in downtown Franklin, situated on the back corner of a 3/4 acre property. It entails a one-room living/dining area with a kitchenette entailing a toaster oven and hot plate as main cooking appliances. This tiny home has a comfy queen bed in the loft, as well as a queen sleeper sofa bed on the main level. A separate bathroom contains a stall shower and stacked washer/dryer. A big happy family lives in the primary home adjacent to the Songbird Bungalow, so other vehicles and people may come and go in the vicinity of the SBB. The tenant of the SBB has their own parking space. Guest access Guests may use the driveway and park in rear of property near the Songbird Bungalow. Guests may use patio and firepit area. Yard, garden and pool is otherwise just for the use of the primary home residents. Other things to note Our two large collie dogs happily roam the property, but we can keep them confined to the indoors per request. As the primary home is occupied by our large family, there may be other cars and people on the larger premises, and children playing in the yard. Your space and need for quiet are our priority, so please let us know your needs! But for special request and extra fee, the pool is not included in the renting of the Songbird Bungalow.
