Victorian 2 The Benjamin

Victorian Charm, home of the hosts, has stunning woodwork. The original airbnb room is on the main level, while #2, The Benjamin, is upstairs in the front. Blackout curtains and a white noise machine help block any street traffic and the morning sun. This eclectic room has character, with a queen bed and a shared full bath down the hall. Guests may use the main floor rooms with all amenities, including the hot tub. This space is bargain-priced due to being upstairs with a shared bath. The space The front of Victorian Charm is on a village street while the back borders Walnut Creek. It is only a half mile from Lake Erie and three miles from Sunset Bay beach. The Chautauqua Wine Trail runs right through Silver Creek. We are one hour from Niagara Falls. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the front porch, the front living room, the dining room, share the kitchen, use the laundry room, the back deck, the hot tub, the grill, fire pit and sit by Walnut Creek, which forms the back border of our property. During your stay We like to be home to greet our guests. Once you are settled, you can be as private or as social with us as you'd like. It's your call. Other things to note We have two driveways plus on the street parking from April to November. Dogs are welcome. Our friendly Cavapoo puppy, Millie, would love to meet your dog!
