Bathroom: The half-bath (toilet and sink) in the living room is for your private use. The shower (located in the full bathroom behind the laundry area) is shared with a guest from another room. The Neighborhood: La Floresta is a residential and commercial area. It is safe for walking during the day and afternoon; standard city-center caution is advised at night. Parking: No on-site parking. I recommend a private parking lot 500 meters away ($5.00/night or $60.00/month). Transportation: Strategic location with buses to the north, south, and valleys.
