Next to the apartment there is a well-stocked bakery, with a small supermarket, which can be useful for guests. There are several supermarkets and produce stores close to the apartment, and I always recommend shopping on the Pão de Açúcar website, which makes it much easier for guests, as their purchases arrive at the scheduled time, with the ease of not having to go to the market.
