Beautiful and cozy, completely renovated old building apartment, modern and lovingly furnished in detail. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the fenced garden and the Bavarian Alps. Issing is located in the middle of the vacation paradise between Ammersee and Lech. Nature and culture invite you, e.g. Wörthsee, Pilsensee, Starnberger See, Andechs Monastery, Wieskirche, Neuschwanstein Castle, Fuggerstadt Augsburg and much more. Cycling and hiking trails invite you to go on excursions. The space The accommodation extends over three levels: ground floor, first floor, and attic. The old building was extensively renovated and refurbished between 2022 and 2024, with a lot of personal effort put into creating a cozy and modern vacation apartment. On the ground floor, there is a hallway with a coat rack, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and a pantry. On the first floor, there is a living room with a large window overlooking the fully enclosed garden and a balcony. A smart TV with various streaming services (with your login details) is also available. We have created a cozy sleeping alcove in the attic. The heating is controlled via Smart Home and WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment via your own front door. During your stay, you have a parking space for your car in the carport. Other things to note We have a very large, completely fenced-in garden, which you are welcome to use with your dogs. However, please do not leave your dogs unattended in the garden. A bucket is provided next to the entrance door to the vacation apartment for dog waste. The stairs to the sleeping loft are steep and open (see pictures). Your beloved four-legged friends often avoid these stairs. Please take this into account when making your booking. droppings.
