The Evergreen near Story Land, AC, pools, Attitash

Welcome to The Evergreen! Located in the stunning White Mountains! This 1 Bedroom 3 floor Air conditioned end unit condo is at the base of Attitash Mountain. Located just 8 minutes (4 miles) away from StoryLand & Living Shores Aquarium. This family friendly home features a kitchen, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs w/cable, games & can accommodate 10 guests. The condo's resort features an indoor & outdoor pool, hot tubs, gym, 2 playgrounds, tennis court, basketball court, game room and access to nearby golf course. The space Welcome to The Evergreen! This 3 floor end unit can accommodate up to 10 guests! The Evergreen is the perfect place to stay with friends or a multi-family vacation. I try to make the condo as family friendly as possible. Beds - 1st floor: queen murphy bed & a queen pullout couch with memory foam mattress. 2nd floor: queen murphy bed 3rd floor: king bed and queen size bed There are 2 Pack n' Plays at the unit that you may use. You do need to provide your own bedding for Pack n' Play. Living room seating - 1st floor: You will find a new couch and chairs. 2nd floor: Has a new couch and a chair. 3rd floor: Has a comfortable chair. Come and relax after a busy day on the slopes, hiking, shopping, or visiting Story Land. You will find several seating options at The Evergreen. The 1st floor has a large coffee table perfect for board games or puzzles(provided for you.) We have a tv with cable on ever floor of the condo. You can also sit back and relax while enjoying the gas fireplace on the 1st floor. Kitchen - 1st floor: Full kitchen with fridge, oven, stove top, sink, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. 2nd floor: Kitchenette with fridge, 2 burner stove top, air fryer/toaster, sink, microwave, dishwasher, blender, kettle and coffee maker. On both floors I have the dishes, utensils, pots and pans all you need to do is bring the food. I provide some basic spices for your use. You will also find in the kitchen; paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, hand soap, dish towels, and pot holders. There are drip coffee makers for brewing the perfect cup on both floors .A starter set of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer for your use will be in the unit when you arrive. Also, I have a blenders for mixing up your favorite smoothie or adult beverage. I also have wine glasses available for you. For the kids, I also have kid friendly plates, cups, bowls, and utensils. Two highchairs are also available for your use. If you would like to grill you will find a community grill located in the gazebo right next to the unit. Grill utensils are located inside the condo. Dining - 1st floor- There is a dining room table that can be pulled out to seat 10 guests. 2nd floor - The dining table can seat 6 guests Laundry - There is a washer and dryer located on the 1st floor of the condo. There is a starter pack of laundry detergent provided for you. Parking - There is lots of parking located right outside the condo. We also have an EV charger located in the parking lot closest to the condo. Kids - The Evergreen condo is the perfect place for a family vacation! We have 2 pack 'n plays and 2 highchair available for your use. We have lots of games perfect for the whole family as well as some blocks and books for our youngest guests. You will find in the kitchens lots of dishware and utensils perfect for little ones. The bathrooms even have a step stool to help them if needed. There are 2 fun playgrounds for kids to enjoy. There is also a game room located in the Resorts main building which has arcade games, a pool table and air hockey. Tennis and a basketball half court can also be used during your stay. You do need to provide your own balls and racquets. Patio - The front patio is yours to enjoy. At this time it has 2 chairs but look for a new patio set coming mid summer. In front of the condo as well as beside the condo has some open space which can be fun for running around. Feel free to bring additional lawn chairs to enjoy on the patio. Pools & Hot Tubs - While staying at The Evergreen, there are 2 pools to choose from. The indoor pool is available for use year round. The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are 3 hot tubs for you to use. A hot tub is located near both pool areas and a 3rd is located near the gym and sauna. River- While staying at The Evergreen you can take a quick walk through the woods to enjoy beach access to the Saco River. Gym - There is a gym that you are welcome to use during your stay. It is located conveniently in the main building of the resort. There is also a hot tub and sauna located right by the gym. Golf- I am a member of Linderhof Country Club which is located just 5 miles from Evergreen Lodge. You have guest access to the Linderhof Country Club 9 hole executive golf course. It is $10 per person per day for unlimited play on our 9 hole executive golf course. There are golf carts and push carts available to rent on a first come, first serve basis. You will need to bring your own clubs. Skiing - If you are ready to hit the slopes then you have found the perfect place! Located at the base of Attitash mountain you are just a short walk to the slopes! We do have a ski locker that you can use to store your skis or board(s). Outdoor Adventures - Throughout the year you will find different opportunities at the resort. In the summer there are wonderful hiking trails for you to enjoy. In the winter you can look for a skating rink and horse drawn carriage rides! Guest access While staying at The Evergreen you will have sole access to the condo. There is plenty of parking spaces for your use. The patio area in front of the unit are all yours so enjoy fresh mountain air. All amenities offered by Attitash Mountain Resort are yours to use while you stay at Evergreen Lodge! Pools, hot tubs, playground, game room, tennis court, half basketball court, gym, sauna, hiking trails and beach access to Saco River are all available to you for your stay. As a member of the Linderhof Country Club my guests also have access to use the 9 hole executive golf course. The golf course is located just 9 minutes down the road from Evergreen Lodge. There is an additional fee of $10 a day per person to play golf. You can play as many rounds of golf as you would like per day. Golf Club push carts are available to rent for an additional fee. Other things to note When checking in you must be over 21 with a valid photo id. At times we do change out throw pillows and blankets so they may appear different than what is in pictures.
