Energy efficient & designed for the desert - you'll love our tree-lined streets, walking paths & amenities. 3 min to horseback riding 7 min to Saguaro National Park 7 min bike to Fantasy Island MTB Park & The Loop: 130+ mile paved trail The space The house has 2 queen bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and en-suite full bathroom. There's a second full bathroom in the hall. We have a dedicated office space with two desks (one seated, one standing) and fast WiFi. The two car garage & driveway for parking are available as well. The living room, dining room and kitchen form one large great room with 12' tall viga beam ceilings and a cozy fireplace. We love our covered front patio filled with desert plants, plenty of shade, comfortable seating areas, and a tin roof that's perfect for rainy days in the desert. Guest access You'll have full access to the whole house, patio, garage, and yard. There's one locked owners' closet.
