The space 🌞 Exterior Villa Alveena is a luxury private villa located in the calm and green area of Tumbak Bayuh. You’ll have your own private pool, a nice rooftop, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the tropical breeze. 🍽️ Living, Dining & Kitchen The living and dining area is fully open to the outdoors, giving you that true Bali feeling with fresh air and natural light. You can relax on the sofa, enjoy meals together, and stay connected to the pool and garden at all times. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook (or have a private chef cook for you) any kind of meals. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms The villa offers two spacious bedrooms (one on the first floor, one on the second floor) designed for comfort and privacy. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, a comfortable king size bed, a wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom. 🌅 Rooftop Terrace One of the highlights of Villa Alveena is the rooftop space, where you can enjoy wide views of the surrounding area thanks to its sun lounges and patio space. It’s a great spot to spend a quiet morning, read a book in the afternoon, or have a relaxing drink in the evening while watching the sunset. 📶 High-Speed Wi-Fi The villa has fast and unlimited internet access, so you can stay connected, work remotely, or stream your favorite shows during your stay. 📍 Location Tumbak Bayuh is a peaceful neighborhood just a short drive from the heart of Canggu. From the villa, you’re about 10–15 minutes away from the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, and beach clubs. You can enjoy privacy and nature while still being close to everything when you want to go out. Guest access 🔒 The entire villa is fully private, exclusively for you to enjoy! Our friendly team will only stop by for cleaning, pool care, or garden maintenance to keep everything perfect during your stay. 🕵️‍♀️ Prefer total privacy? Just let me or my staff know in advance! We’ll make sure you’re completely undisturbed. Other things to note 🌴 Your stay includes daily cleaning (6 days per week), regular pool & garden care, and high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected. Bath and pool towels are provided for each guest, and a safety box is available for your valuables. ✨ We also offer optional add-on services to make your stay even better like airport transfers, private cooks, breakfast on request, scooter or car rentals, in-villa massages, island tours and more. Just message me or our concierge to arrange anything you’d like. 💡 FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions: • How can I organize some services during my stay? You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA. • Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive? Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill). • Do you provide laundry services? We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned. • Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals? Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
