The space Our living quarters, nestled on the upper level, ensure privacy as you enjoy the ground floor rental suite, boasting a handicap-friendly entrance. Ideal for 2-4 guests, the suite features an expansive living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy queen bedrooms, and a luxurious full bathroom. Entertainment abounds with a 55” Sony Smart TV offering access to Netflix, YouTube, and Prime. Step outside to the sprawling covered patio, furnished for al fresco dining or sipping morning coffee amidst the verdant backdrop of our backyard oasis and majestic mountains. Guest access The access to the rental suite is on the back of the house and is handicap-friendly (no stairs). The whole covered patio is for you and also the backyard if you want to enjoy the sun or play outdoor games. Other things to note There is plenty of space for parking in front of the house and on the street. If you have a boat, no worries you can park it on our driveway.
