You get a fully stocked kitchen, with a coffee station & various great flavors of coffee. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer and spare game/entertainment room with a futon, and a BBQ grill outside. The space ONLY SMOKE OUTSIDE, THERE WILL BE A $150 FEE IF YOU SMOKE INDOORS!! there is a desk located inside extra room for those work trips. Peacock, Prime video + Showtime is included with your stay, please use Walters profile ONLY. Other things to note There are 3 TVs inside the house, wifi is included with your stay. There are 2 infant/toddler pack n’ plays located in the master bedroom closet available for use. Please spray with disinfectant, fold up and put away after using. You will receive a code for the front door once you are booked. Maximum 28 day stay. There is a $75 cleaning fee There is a $50 pet deposit.
