“Nilaya” is a cozy 2bhk home located on Mussoorie-Sahastradhara bypass in Dehradun. It’s fully furnished home with all modern amenities one could ask for. The apartment is comfortably approachable from Mussoorie (40 mins), Sahastradhara (20 mins) and robbers cave (23 mins). The area itself surrounds some really cool cafés on bypass and old mussoorie road. The house has ample sunlight and all basics are available in the nearby shops. Heaters are available on chargeable basis 1 snall car parking The space “Nilaya” is fully furnished apartment located on the foothills of Mussoorie and Sahastradhara. It’s surrounded by mountains and has been designed to give ample comfort. Just 40 min drive from Mussoorie and 29nib away from Sahastradhara. This independent home is located in a peaceful residential area and it’s a 2nd floor unit with lift and one covered car parking. We have a kitchen loaded with induction, refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. 3 seater sitting area adjoining the kitchen. Living area with 5 seated Sofa which can be converted into a double bed also. Wardrobes for clothing and need linens, washrooms are spacious and have geysers and bedrooms are air conditioned. The assortment is completely private. Guest access: The lock box with a secured code will be provided just before check in time and for any additional request with respect to the stay we would expect an earlier intimation. At the time of checkout the keys have to I be dropped back in the key box and the open code has to be removed. Other things to note: Please avoid drying the clothes in the balcony grills and use cloth stands mounted on the wall. All power switches and lights to be turned off before locking/exiting the apartment. The kitchen will d equipped with water, utensils, spices, oil sugar, tea, salt and coffee. Grocery shops are nearby. The host will be a call away and in case if any special requests the guest can connect with the host in person itself. Guest access Key box placed at the door with a secured code for keys to be given before check-in. Other things to note Heaters if needed during Dec till Feb will be charged on 500/- per day per heater.
