Good supply of spices and syrup in the cabinet and pantry and condiments in fridge. -complimentary coffee provided, Keurig with single cup and large glass pot pods, instant coffee, powdered creamer, sugar. Snack welcome basket. Dining room - large table in dinning room sits 8. Has 5 tall chairs and a bench seat for 3. Outdoor -Covered patio safe from the elements, perfect for rainy or snowy days. -gated fenced perimeter -6 person Hot tub, inspected and verified by the city. No drinks or food allowed inside. Rinse off body before entering. Body lotions and food can clog jets. Leave hot tub on at 100f/37.8c or higher when not in use. It has a big restroom and walk in closet. Bathroom 1 (Master bath). Bedroom 2. has a queen bed with a walk in closet, smart Roku TV, 6 drawer dresser, and 2 nightstands with lamps. Shares bathroom in hallway (bathroom 3 in pictures) Bedroom 3. has 1 queen bed with walk in closet, smart Roku Tv, 2 night stands with lamps, and 6 drawer dresser. Shares bathroom in hallway (bathroom 3 in pictures) Bedroom 4. has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, smart Roku Tv with pullout stand, 5 big drawer chest and 1 nightstand with lamp. It has door connecting to own restroom (bathroom 2 in pictures). Utility room -Laundry room (with washer and dryer) as you enter front door to left. Water softener filtration system. Broom, mop, dog bowl, doggie waste bags, lint roller, kennel. Hot tub towels, coat hangers. -hallway closet with extra bath towels, and hot tub towels. Please use shower towels separate from hottub towels as chlorine in hottub will stain the all blue bathroom towels. Inflatable mattresses. Extra blankets. - large living room with wood fire place. Pull damper forward when turning on. 1 person rocker recliner. 1 couch with both ends recliner option. Guest access Whole inside of house with exception of owners closet located inside master restroom. Outside sheds are for owner use. 3 sheds. One in porch area, another in driveway area, another in backyard. Other things to note * extra blanket in each room in bottom drawer * 3 large steps required to enter home. No ramps available. *Cameras in front and back for home protection. Gravel in driveway. * Has Water softener in laundry room (kept up with maintenance and salt addition) when you shower or wash hands your skin might feel slippery, that is normal due to the salt concentration. * drinking water reverse osmosis alkaline system (new filters and sanitation done July 30,2026) * Septic tank(emptied August 2024) recommended to be emptied every 3-5 yrs. * For sleeping accommodations; Inflatable mattress in hallway closet.
