Escape to a quiet getaway at Lily's Pad. This 28 ft trailer comfortably accommodates one to four persons on a private property nestled in a forested area. A private deck area outside is included for relaxing, cooking, dining and even showering if you choose. Sit around the fire pit and enjoy the tranquil surroundings during your visit here. Great area for walking, hiking and biking enthusiasts but still close to any amenities you may need for shopping. A very comfortable & cozy place to stay! The space This 28 Foot Bunk House Trailer has been converted to all electric appliances and heating/air conditioning etc. so there is no propane/gas inside. It includes two generous sized bunk beds that can accommodate adults as well, with a ladder & privacy curtain and one queen sized bed in a separate room with doors that close. All have brand new comfortable deluxe memory foam mattresses. Beds are fully dressed with linen, blankets & new pillows. Washroom has a standard sized porcelain toilet with a half bath & shower. Nice new sink with vanity located outside of the washroom. Towels provided. Built in booth style dining table, a couch & large TV. Netflix and WiFi included. Kitchen has a brand new electric induction stove top, microwave, toaster over, brand new Keurig coffee maker, kettle and a fridge with freezer. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, child safe dishes, utensils, kitchen towels & cloths, pots & pans etc. Empty cabinets available for storage. This unit includes both heating and air conditioning as well. A refrigerated water cooler for drinking water is provided outside near the entrance. Water in kitchen has a triple filtration system as well. Outside area includes dining table with chairs, lounge seating with coffee table under a covered area. Next to the covered space is a firepit with chairs, yard space great for games and a nearby large enclosed outdoor shower. Also included is a barbeque and an outdoor 3 burner unit cook top for cooking Al Fresco! (A highchair is available on request). NEW: Additional TV is located outside under the newly added expanded extra large covered patio to be able to enjoy the outdoors in even more comfort! Also a second new microwave has been added outdoors as well with complimentary popcorn! :) Brand new addition of a second washroom located in it's own separate building next to the guesthouse. Guest access This unit is located in the front yard of an acre piece of property and is separated with a privacy screen from the home. Please note: Wildlife such as deer or racoons may access the area at times. Please do not leave food outside overnight. Absolutely NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Visitors may be permitted if discussed with us prior to their visit. Who will be visiting and the duration of their visit is required. All visitors must leave the premises no later than 10 pm. Other things to note As there is often wildlife on the property and we have three cats, please go down the driveway slowly to park in the designated space. Please park in the space marked "Visitor or Guest Parking". Please Note: At the end of your stay with us, please place all used towels in the bathtub, clean and put away dishes. All garbage is to be disposed of in the "outside" garbage can and recycling bins provided, located just outside near the firepit area of the Guesthouse within the yard, prior to your departure please.
