Diya street, bustling with banks, restaurants, supermarkets, salons, etc. is a quick 7-minute stroll. The space Power Supply (Important Information) The apartment is connected to the national power grid. Please be aware that power outages do occur in Lagos. To ensure uninterrupted electricity, the property is supported by solar/inverter backup and a generator, providing 24-hour power for lights, sockets, Wi-Fi, TV, and essential appliances. Air conditioners work ONLY when there is power from the national grid. The backup power systems do not support air conditioning. For your comfort during these periods, each room is equipped with a rechargeable fan available 24/7. A cozy room in a quiet shared 4-bedroom, all-ensuite duplex. The listed price is for one room and one guest, with the option to accommodate up to two guests per room at an additional cost. If you wish to book more than one room or the entire house, please indicate this in your booking request. To ensure comfort and safety for everyone, overnight guests are only permitted if they are included in the booking. If this was missed at the time of booking, please inform us in advance so we can update the reservation accordingly. Thank you for your understanding. Cleaning & Shared Spaces Weekly professional cleaning is done on Saturdays. As this is a shared space, guests are kindly asked to clean up after themselves, especially in the kitchen. Please wash and put away dishes after use to keep shared areas clean and comfortable for everyone. Non-Smoking Property This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
