The Old Bakery - Witney

The Old Bakery, c1910, is centrally located on Corn Street, a 5 minute walk to the high street and has just undergone a full refurbishment. With a bustling market town, Cotswold walks and scenic surrounding villages to explore The Old Bakery is a warm, relaxed and peaceful space for you to enjoy. The space The property benefits from full insulation, triple glazing to the front, keeping traffic noise to a minimum and double glazing in all other rooms. The open plan kitchen and dining area comfortably provides an 8 seat table and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are four bedrooms, two with a king size bed and two with super king beds. All beds are hotel zip and link beds with summer/winter mattresses’ and can be split as required. Firm and soft pillows are available in each room, egyptian cotton bedding and towels are provided. The ground floor bedroom benefits from an en-suite with double shower whilst upstairs provides a generous family bathroom with bath and double shower. Wifi is full fibre with smart pods installed throughout. Samsung QLED 4K TV’s are provided in the kitchen/dining room and lounge. Both provide a full list of smart apps including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, Now TV etc. Private gated courtyard parking is provided for two vehicles, more parking is available on Corn Street. We do kindly ask the gates are kept closed whilst not in use. Guest access Full access Other things to note We have shared access to the courtyard with the adjoining property. This is a commercial building and is used three times a week, Monday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. Their parking spaces will be in full use on these days, and we ask you only park in the marked bays provided.
