Welcome to "Sansainitre" - a cosy home away from home. This home has a large Bedroom, a Living room, an attached bathroom, Kitchen and Dining space. We can accommodate 2 adults per home and on exception include upto 2 children (<12 YO). The 2 homes are on separate floors with each having its own entrance. The property is 14 Kms from Shillong centre & ideal for couples wanting to get away from city life. The room rate listed here is for 1 home and you will not share with any other guest. The space There are 2 separate homes here - well furnished with best quality wood and very homely comfort. Each home has complete privacy with an attached bathroom, a kitchen and living room. The cost stated is per home. The 2 independent homes are on 2 floors as can be seen in photos and is ideal for a couple or small family. The property has an outdoor Kids play area (Swings and Slides), a tree house for kids, a swimming pool (Summers), a driver/car for rent. Groceries, Meals etc can be bought from nearby stores. Guest access The property is close to ICAR Head office and entrance is along the State Bank of India, ICAR Branch. A driver can be arranged for pick up from the airport as well as all sight seeing plans at market rate etc. The address details can be shared to guest separately if needed. A caretaker is always there to welcome guest. Other things to note NOTE REGARDING THE PRICE: The rate here is limited to 2 adults per bedroom. 2 children (under 12 years old) may be considered at owner's discretion. Meals can be pre-ordered at a separate cost. The cook can only provide simple and local food (standard menu). Please order at least 8 hours in advance. NOTE 2: REGARDING DRIVERS IN PROPERTY: We do not allow drivers to sleep in the car in the property. Please book a stay because drivers also need rest. A penalty of Rs. 2000 per night per driver will be charged if you violate this policy.
