From 2025 we have the honor to offer our guests, access for a fee, separate from the accommodation rate, to the mini spa, Finnish sauna and heated Jacuzzi mini-pool with hydromassage, located outside. The space Room no. 1 Double deluxe Modern, has an area of about 22 sqm, with independent entrance, furnished in contemporary style, being equipped with bathroom with walk-in shower, 4-star hotel comfort. The bed available in the room is new, with a comfortable mattress with the following measures: 160 cm l x 200 length. The room is bright and has a natural wooden ceiling with exposed beams, with a smoke detector. Room no. 2 is a Rustic Transylvania Triple Room, with an area of 30 sqm, with independent entrance, with 2 beds, one being double of 170 cm x 200 cm and the second is for one person 90 cm x 200 cm, it has independent entrance and generous bathroom with the same facilities as in room 1, being furnished in traditional Transylvanian style, equipped with a generous closet. Room no. 3 Green Studio, with an area of 30 sqm, furnished in a contemporary style, with independent entrance from the common hall as well as the other 2 rooms, having a generous bathroom equipped in addition to the other bidet rooms, in addition to the other rooms, it is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette. As for the strong point of the property, it is certainly the garden of about 4000 sqm which is full of spontaneous and wild flowers as well as fruit trees. From 2025 we have the honor to offer our guests, access for a separate fee, to be paid at the location, to the Jacuzzi mini-pool with a capacity of 6 people, heated with hydromassage, and Finnish sauna with dry air, both located outside, in a space arranged with access to a shower with hot and cold water. There is a kitchen and dining area for 8 people, in a 30 sqm cottage, in the immediate vicinity of the main house. There is parking space inside the property. Guest access Guests have at their disposal a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen and dining / living area are located in the building next to the main property, outside the main property, where the 3 fully independent rooms are located, each with a bathroom. The dining area is equipped with an automatic coffee machine and mini buffet, a table with chairs for a maximum of 8 people. The terrace is equipped with sockets and light points, it is possible to cover it with a shading system, positioned immediately after the Cottage where the kitchen and dining / living room are located. There is a minimum supply depending on the days booked, for hand dishwashing detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, chlorine. Other things to note Smoking is forbidden inside the property, including in the living room/dining room, kitchen. Smoking is possible on the terrace outside, in the open air.
