Conveniently located near the historic stannery town of Tavistock, the town boasts a vast selection of independent shops, award winning pubs, coffee shops and a pannier market. Inside. The barn benefits from open plan living space, its light and bright thanks to a crisp decor & large window that opens to a South facing aspect. A high spec, fully equipped contemporary kitchen is contrasted by a vaulted ceiling with exposed historic beams. The large island provides room for cooking & gathering, with a central induction hob & worktop extraction. A generous freestanding kitchen dresser offers double ovens, plate warmers & full height fridge freezers. A spacious family bathroom is located across the hall with walk in shower, toilet & double sink. Outside, the barn is approached via a private farm track leading to a self contained gravelled driveway with ample space for multiple vehicles. An enclosed lawned garden is edged with split chestnut fencing, planted borders & hedgerow providing outside dining space , peaceful seating & room for entertainment on warm summer days.
