Idyllic vacation home in Olofsbo, 400 meters from the sea

This modern leisure house is just a 3-4 minute walk from the long sandy beach in Olofsbo, Falkenberg. The area is a popular and child-friendly cottage area with playgrounds, shops and restaurants nearby. Here, it is quiet and relaxing, yet practical and close to what you need. Falkenberg is about 10 minutes away by car and has grocery stores, cafés, restaurants and other services. For excursions, you can reach Gekås Ullared in about 30–40 minutes by car, and Gothenburg is 1 hour away by car. The space The house has large windows and an open floor plan where the kitchen and living room sit together. From the social areas, you step straight out into the big garden. There is a terrace with dining area and barbecue, perfect for sitting together for a long time and eating outside during nice summer evenings or just enjoying your morning coffee. All amenities are in place: fast fiber internet, a small workspace/writing corner for those who need to work, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher as well as a dining area where the whole party can fit. The home is suitable for both smaller groups who want plenty of space and larger groups traveling together. In total there are 8 real beds, spread over the main building and a separate guest house on the plot. The guesthouse provides extra peace for, for example, older children, grandparents or another couple. The property has a total of 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main building: 1st bedroom: one double bed (queen size) 2nd bedroom: one double bed (queen size) Bedroom 3: one bunk bed (upper bed 90x200, bottom bed 120x200) 1 large bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and drying cabinet Guest house: Bedroom 4: two single beda (90x200) Note: The guest house is never rented out separately. It is just included for you who rent the house. This means you will always have the whole place to yourself during the stay. Other things to note Unfortunately, we are not able to offer duvet covers and towels, you will have to bring these with you. During the high season, we rent Saturday to Saturday.
