Welcome to our charming countryside retreat, where we combine the cozy comforts of the Franklin Farm Cottage with the magical allure of The Tiny Rock House. Nestled on three serene acres, our property offers ample outdoor space for relaxation and exploration. It's 5 minutes away from Arrington Vineyards and the barn at Sycamore Farms, 15 minutes to Historic Franklin and Cool Springs Retail, and downtown Nashville is only 30 minutes away, offering endless entertainment and dining options. The space Escape to our countryside oasis where two unique homes await you! Nestled on the back 3 acres of our property is our 3-bedroom, 2-bath private home we call the Farm Cottage, perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and entertainment with local channels and an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Relax on the private back deck overlooking the neighbor's horses. Keep an eye out for deer, wild turkeys, and our friendly cat, Pootie! Just a few steps from the front porch of the Farm Cottage, you'll find a magical Tiny Rock House with picturesque privacy surrounded by boulders on all sides. Ideal for adventurous souls, it features cozy lofts, a sleeper sofa, and modern amenities including a mini-fridge, stove, grill, fire pit, and smart TV with WiFi. Conveniently located just minutes from Arrington Vineyards, Historic Franklin, and downtown Nashville, our homes provide the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Please note the low ceilings in the lofts and use caution when climbing. Please note: The lofts have low ceilings. They are great for children but can feel a bit tight for adults. Use caution when climbing the stairs please. We have a total of 8 acres. We live in the brick house on the front part of the property. There is plenty of privacy and room to explore the premises. Guest access The house is located down the long gravel driveway on the left. It cannot be seen from the street. Please drive past the brick house on the right, the owner's house, until you reach the two houses in the back of the property. Other things to note We have a 43 gallon water heater in the Farm Cottage. Please spread out your showers for larger parties. The Tiny House has a tankless water heater, so long showers are not a problem. Please observe the no smoking rule. Thank you!
