Seclusion & privacy make it a great place to unplug and relax. The beach is perfect for people who love to swim, snorkel, kite board, kayak, or just enjoy the white sand and clear waters. The home is comfortably outfitted with bed and bath linens, beach towels, outdoor shower, cooking utensils, posts/pans, dishes, small appliances. The space Stay in this beach front cottage on beautiful Bambarra Beach, with open views of the water and unmatched privacy and seclusion. A very comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom house with a full kitchen outfitted with everything you could possibly need, including a dual kcup/drip brew coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, spices. A/C in the living room/kitchen and bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in all rooms of the house, although you will stay nice and cool with the windows open and the constant trade winds flowing through the house. Living area with full size sofa, loveseat, and chair w/ottoman. WiFi and smart TV for you to sign into your own streaming accounts. Screened in porch with table and chairs and comfy sectional. Each bedroom has a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom. 3 dining options within 10 minutes of the house. Windsor Creek Cafe on Bambarra Beach (a short walk down the beach), Island Tastes Restaurant by the Middle Caicos airstrip, and Mudjin Harbor Bar and Grill at Dragon Cay. You can also drive 25 minutes back to North Caicos to enjoy many other restaurants. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. This is a private rental and the guests will be the only people on the property during the rental period. Other things to note This house is on the island of Middle Caicos. The airport is on Providenciales. Guests will take a taxi from the airport to the ferry marina and have a 25 minute ferry ride to North Caicos and then a 45 minute drive to the house on Middle Caicos. The ferry ride and drive are a great opportunity to see some of the beautiful cays and shoreline of the islands. Car rental is available on North Caicos at the ferry marina for you. We want to inform you about an ongoing construction project taking place next door to our property. A single-family home is in the final stages of being built next door. There is vegetation between the two one acre lots. However, there may be some minor noise during the day related to the construction. None of our guests have reported this to be obtrusive to their vacation.
