This is only a Condotel and accessible to all pasyalan around Mall of Asia. Other things to note 1. We do not provide bottled drinking water. 2. If you are more than 4 guests, please contact the host for special arrangement. If you do not agree, then we can not accept your booking. 3. Split type air-conditioned must keep in 24 degrees. AC is located in the Living room. so therefore, you must open the door of the bedroom to get cool. or use our portable electric fan. 4. We want a positive community. If you will book this room, please enjoy and appreciate. If you book this and look for amenities that we do not provide, please book somewhere else. this room is for positive minded people who just wish to stay and enjoy the area around MOA. If you are like an investigator and looking for a perfect place, this is not the place for you. 5.
