Located in an idyllic setting in the middle of the mountains in the South of Minas in Monte Sião, 4km from Águas de Lindóia interior of SP. An amazing home with comfortable accommodation, pool, fireplace, incredible view of the mountains and still have all the contact with Sítio Bela Vista (which includes animal husbandry, coffee plantation, and fishing lake). The space Country house with 3 Suites and 2 more bedrooms (ALL WITH air conditioning) providing comfortably for 15 people a unique EXPERIENCE. Place always visited by me and my family, and rented occasionally. All clad in wood inside. With an amazing gourmet area, swimming pool, 2 fireplaces “1 indoor and 1 exterior with firewood”, (clog pack available upon consultation R$50.00 the bag with the homemade), barbecue, game room, dining room, TV room with 55-inch SmartTV and Wi Fi in the whole house. It's a wonderful place! With lots of greenery, trees, part of the breeding of animals (cattle, pigs, chicken, fish, etc...) The rooms are set up according to each Host/Family you prefer. O Sítio has a lake for fishing (check availability with the housekeeper). And a beautiful waterfall near the Site, to relax in the middle of nature! We all have kitchen utensils. And you don't have to worry about bedding, TABLE and BATH linens. We provide everything here at the Site! Including extra blankets for colder days. Unless you have any items of your choice (e.g. pillow or covered) Homemade on the spot. Guest access It is a stretch of about 5 minutes (1.5km) of dirt road. - 2 km from the Market - 3 km from the Monte Sião city center - MG - 8 km from the Águas de Lindóia city center - SP You can access all the areas in the property! Respecting animals, not smoking indoors and not disposing of objects and garbage in nature! Other things to note Nightly rates are for a minimum of 2 nights. If you want to stay only 1, you will be charged a fee of half a day more! At the end of the reservation, send full name and document of all guests. I accept up to 15 people.
