Guests will stay in a queen bedroom with linen and towels towels. The property is located by the reserve, it’s XC ski-in/ski-out.The bedroom is renovated with a charming ‘alpine’ ambience. The property is shared with your host. The bathroom is shared however it will be cleaned daily. Guests will have a private TV in their bedroom. Parking on site is NOT possible. Parking is only a few minutes walk away and a vehicle permit for overnight parking will be provided free-of-charge. The space Queen bedroom that sleeps up to 2 guests. Linen and towels are provided. Shared bathroom which will be cleaned daily. The kitchen can only be used for breakfast and guests can make tea, coffee and drinks. Making lunch and dinner in the kitchen is not permitted. There is no eating and drinking in the bedroom. There are cafes and restaurants in Dinner Plain and Hotham for lunch and dinner. Quiet hours are from 9.30pm to 6.30am. Guests are welcome to watch tv and sit by the fireplace. Additional people above 2 guests are NOT permitted and this includes a child. There is no capacity for 3 people in the queen bedroom. One person can book the bedroom however the cost is as per the listing regardless of it’s one or two people. The price is to occupy the bedroom and not per person. Guest access The security foyer code is C3894 During your stay The host will be living at the property and would welcome a drink with her by the fireplace. Other things to note Parking on site is not possible as the host will have her vehicle in the parking bay. An overnight parking permit will be provided where parking is possible without a fee and free of charge at Scrubbers End which is only a very short walk away. Guests are permitted to load and unload in the parking bay at the property for 15 minutes as a maximum. Guests are NOT able to make meals at the property OTHER THAN breakfast which is permitted. Guests can store their food and drinks that need refrigerating on the very top shelf in the refrigerator. Eating and drinking in the bedroom is not permitted.
