Accommodation Villa Olivia presents comfortable and stylish air conditioned holiday lodging, well-maintained and furnished to the highest standards expected of a premium vacation home. With five bedrooms spread across two floors, Villa Olivia comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – Top Level Master suite with large double bed, seating area with sofa bed - singledouble, desk, A/c and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 – Entrance Level – High bed (singledouble) with desk and A/c Bedroom 3 – Entrance Level – Bunk beds with desk and A/c. Bedroom 4 – Small Double bedroom with A/c, Tv and Desk. Bedroom 5 – Garden Suite – Double bed with ensuite and A/c. Bathrooms Bathroom 1 – In between bedroom 2 and 3 – Shower, toilet and wash basin. Bathroom 2 – Ensuite to Top Floor Master – Large walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. Bathroom 3 – Garden Suite – Shower, toilet and wash basin. Garden & Pool Area Villa Olivia’s terraced outdoor space is thoughtfully designed for maximum enjoyment. The upper-level terrace, accessible from the living room and kitchen, is perfect for alfresco dining, featuring a seating area and a large dining table and an additional gas Bbq for convenience. Stepping down to the lower level, you’ll find the swimming pool area, complete with sun beds for lounging after a refreshing dip. This relaxing space also includes a large table, a bar, and a brick and gas Bbq, making it a fantastic spot for entertaining. Families will appreciate the securely gated turfed area with a trampoline and plenty of room for safe play, ensuring a worry-free holiday environment where children can enjoy themselves. The new double air conditioned garden suite is found near the entrance of the house, offering a private and comfortable space for a coupleteenagers wanting their own space. Villa Olivia has a good sized drive way with space for up to 3 cars. Our office in Sitges is on hand during your stay, should you need us. These prices do not include tourist tax of 2.00 € / person / day. Other things to note The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates: - €15 per single bed set; - €25 per double bed set; - €10 per towel set; A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies.  Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees: - €25 per cot - €15 per high chair - €20 per cot mattress topper A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
