Spacious house with 6 bedrooms! Homestead House

Plenty of room: SOFTBALL TEAM, WEDDING PARTY, REUNION, MINISTRY TEAM... & make some memories at this family-friendly, historical home that sleeps up to 27 with it's 6 bedrooms, large kitchen, spacious living room & an extra living room/dining room in 2 of our suites, Here you can relax, play games, & foosball, visit & enjoy the country outdoors at our pavilion & roast marshmallows & hotdogs at the firepit where the stars shine brighter. SEE NOTE under "Your Property" on HOW TO SLEEP 17 -27. The space Homestead house has 4 private suites that are all available to you with your booking; Homestead suite, Heritage Suite, Country Suite, & Rancher Suite. Together they provide a total of 6 bedrooms adding to a total of 3 King beds, 1 queen bed, 3 full beds, 3 twin beds. Homestead suite has a full hide-a-bed, Heritage suite has a queen hide-a-bed. YOU MUST REQUEST the HIDE-A-BEDS & your GUEST COUNT should reflect their need. (At least 16). So WITH 2 SLEEPING IN THE FULL-KING BEDS YOU CAN SLEEP 21. TO SLEEP 27: There is a twin rollaway One Time $25 fee & 2nd optional bunkroom with a twin/twin and a full/full bunk. THERE IS A ONE TIME $75.00 FEE FOR USE OF THIS BUNKROOM TO HELP COVER the house keepers charge for EXTRA CLEANING & WASHING OF THE EXTRA linens. You MUST REQUEST them at least 7 days prior to arrival. (This gives us time to assure they’re ready and the key is with your other keys.) Bunkroom is off the large living & would have access to the 1/2 bath in the laundry room (also off the large living). However, its guests would have to use a bathroom in one of the 4 suites for bathing/showering. A TV is not listed or pictured, however I recently acquired one and have it available on the mantel. It does not have a remote and is not connected to any service. I do have good WiFi and you can use it with your own Roku, computer with streaming or similar device. Homestead house is located: 5 miles to Firelake grocery, arena, ball fields, covered play area for kids, walking trail, and bowling alley. 7.6 miles to the heart of Oklahoma Exposition center. 8 miles to Oklahoma Baptist University. 39 miles to Bricktown OKC, Myriad Botanical Gardens, & OKC Thunder Paycom center. 32 miles to Oklahoma University The large country kitchen has plenty of counter space, a double oven, 5 burner cooktop, coffee bar, dishwasher, & refrigerator with filtered water. It also has 2 microwaves, & toaster oven. It is stocked with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, baking pans, cookie sheets, & the utensils for baking & cooking. It also has 1 crockpot, a rice maker, a blender and small food processor, Make use of the kitchen that is stocked with decaf and regular coffee, Hot Chocolate mix, flour, sugar, sweeteners, powdered creamer, salt, pepper, garlic salt, Seasoned salt, chili powder, garlic powder & basil. Homestead has a 1/2 acre yard which sits in 5 open acres that is part of a 40 acre lot. Guests ONLY HAVE ACCESS to THE 1/2 acre yard that the house sits in . The yard is fenced on 3 sides . The area around the 40 acres has open land and houses on large acreages. You can relax and enjoy the countryside where the stars look brighter. It includes a large pavilion with 2 tables and chairs. You can roast marshmallows and hotdogs over the firepit roasting sticks available (unless a burn ban is in effect). Collect or bring firewood. Children are welcome, but will need to be supervised outside as there are ponds beyond the fence and the entrance from the road is not gated. I’ve had several whole softball teams & a robotics team. Family reunions & wedding parties as well as a variety of celebrations & …. Guest access With whole house bookings guests have access to the whole house, with all 4 suites, EXCEPT the extra, 2nd, bunk room UNLESS you SEND A REQUEST FOR IT & have paid the 1 time $75.00 fee. This is to cover the extra cleaning and laundry. The Bunkroom is off the large living. If you don’t request it and pay the 1 time charge, the door will remain locked. There is also a small storage room and small supply room for cleaning and maintenance that are locked & unavailable to guests. You also will have complete access to the large yard, pavilion, fire pit, & laundry room available to only your group. You DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to the land beyond the fence. Other things to note I haven’t found a way to show the layout of the house well in the pictures. So, to get a better idea of it and where the rooms are, you could look up each of the 4 suites in the house separately on the Airbnb site. It has a Full/Full bunk and a twin/twin bunk. It DOES NOT have its own dedicated bathroom. Guest using it can use the 1/2 bath in the utility room, but would need to use one of the bathrooms associated with 1 of the extra suites for showering. YOU CAN SLEEP 17 IN BEDS IF YOU HAVE 2 IN EACH FULL, QUEEN, & KING BED. YOU CAN SLEEP UP TO 28 if you use the full hide-a-bed in the Homestead Suite & queen hide-a-bed in the Heritage Suite living areas, request the twin roll away bed ($25 EXTRA FEE) and use the optional bunkroom($75 EXTRA FEE) that is off the Large shared living area. You MUST LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO USE THE HIDE-A-BEDS, ROLL AWAY & PUT YOUR GUEST COUNT UP 1 MORE ABOVE 14 FOR EACH HIDE-A-BED. There is a one time fee of $25 to use the ROLL AWAY. THIS IS TO COVER THE COST I NEED TO PAY my cleaners for the extra laundry and/or cleaning. TO USE THE BUNKROOM (7th BEDROOM), YOU NEED TO REQUEST IT. THERE IS AN EXTRA one time $75 FEE FOR ITS USE AND I WILL HAVE TO SEND YOU A REQUEST FOR THE EXTRA MONEY. (YOU CAN DECIDE TO DO THIS UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THIS IS TO GIVE US TIME TO MAKE SURE IT IS READY AND THE KEY TO IT IS IN YOUR KEY BOX.)(The fee is for the extra cleaning and laundry.)
