Very beautiful Provencal type house completely redecorated at the foot of Mont Ventoux. 5 minutes by bike from the city center of Bédoin and its shops, it offers you all the tranquility you dream of in order to spend a vacation with family or friends in peace in the middle of a 6000 m ² wooded park with a large family swimming pool of 9.60 m x 4.20 m heated! IMPORTANT: Rental for a minimum of 6 nights. Info: We do not provide linens but possibility to rent on site The space On the ground floor, an entrance serving a bathroom with toilet, a laundry room with a 12 kg washing machine and its 11 kg dryer and sink, then the equipped and furnished kitchen with its open back kitchen on a very nice living space of 55 m² with its TV corner, a bedroom (Terracotta) with a shower room, private toilet and a 140 cm double bed with a storage cabinet. The second bedroom (Blue) is equipped with a 160 cm double bed and 2 80 cm beds that can be joined to form one, or transformed into two additional single beds, a dresser and a wardrobe. All overlooking the park with its south-facing pool! On the first floor, a solarium overlooking the small village of Bédoin and its bell tower, a corridor that will serve a very large bathroom with a bathtub and a private toilet, and finally a very beautiful bedroom (Provence green) overlooking the garden and equipped with a 160 cm double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. Guest access Our dear guests will have access to the entire house, only 2 closets will remain closed in order to store our personal belongings. A garden shed for storing bicycles will be available to our tenants, the premises are secured inside the property. Other things to note For this rental, you will benefit from a house where all the decoration (wall painting and flooring) has been redone as well as all its accessories, the washing machine and dryer are new as well as all the beds, mattresses as well as the bed bases and pillows, duvets, cookware, outdoor table, garden furniture and swimming pool... Important information: Given the recent addition of the swimming pool, the beach will only be made at the end of the season for technical reasons. Nevertheless, it will be arranged on the two lengths of the pool a synthetic imitation lawn covering while... This house is our family home that we occupy regularly and we ensure that it remains in very good condition in order to welcome you in the best conditions, we will expect the same from our tenants
