Independent studio with garden and terrace access

Come and discover the Brest region in this studio at the gates of Brest and close to many amenities. The space This fully renovated and fully equipped home will allow you to have a pleasant stay: - bathroom with large shower, hair dryer, lighted mirror; - kitchen: microwave, coffee maker, induction stove, kettle, fridge; - bed with individual reading lights, USB and USB-C port for charging your electronic devices. The bed and bedding are new (April 2024); - the electric heating is independent, you can control it yourself if you wish; - table with extension for meals or to be able to work or study; - small sheltered corner outside (south-facing), to enjoy the pleasure of being outside even when the weather is not clement (which sometimes happens in Brest ;-) ). Nearby (about 200 m) there is a bakery, which also makes snacks. Many shops and supermarkets are close and easily accessible by bike, car or bus/tram (Géant/Lidl/iCCi...). Finally, you are close to the Stang Alar Valley and the botanical garden if you like to walk or jog. Guest access You will access the accommodation through the large French window overlooking the garden. There is a lockbox to facilitate your arrival. Other things to note Towels and bed linens are provided. You can park your vehicle on the street where there is always room. You will probably be less than 20 m from the gate that allows you to access your accommodation. The street is not busy and I have always parked my personal vehicle on the street, without any worries. No smoking and/or vaping in the accommodation, there is a sheltered outdoor space right in front of your entrance for this. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
