One is through the walk out basement which includes a 3/4 bath, washer, dryer and a space for bike storage. The second is easy accessibility to the main level of the house. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms on the main floor. Bedroom #1 has one twin bed, bedroom #2 has two twin beds and bedroom #3 has a bunk with a queen on the bottom and twin on top. There is a full bath for the three bedrooms to share. Full kitchen with breakfast bar, small kitchen dinette and desk. Off the kitchen is a dining room with a sliding glass door to access the side porch, BBQ grill and outside dining area. The dining room flows into the living room with ample seating, propane fireplace and large windows for viewing the backyard and Burke Mountain. Upstairs on the second floor, there is a large master bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area, walk in closet, large 3/4 bathroom and several windows to enjoy the view and sunlight. House is located just under 6 miles from East Burke Village and approximately 9 miles to Lake Willoughby. Guest access The owner who lives on the adjoining property will have the house unlocked prior to your arrival. The keys will be on the kitchen counter. Other things to note Wi-Fi works well most of the time, but can be spotty during bad weather. House is equipped with whole house generator.
