Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations. * Hot Tub Heat: $55/3-Hour Session (Set by Management) Please Note: Both pool and hot tub fees can be adjusted by management with the fluctuations in the cost of propane to heat these amenities Other things to note Gulf Coast Getaways does not rent to groups of guests under 25 years of age through Airbnb. All adults under 25 must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule takes precedence over any information displayed on the property listing.
