The space On the property, there are three buildings: one is my private residence, and the other two are chalets with independent entrances. Common areas such as the parking lot, gourmet barbecue area, lawn, swimming pool, sauna, and sports court are shared. Guests are welcome to leave the property and go for walks. The condominium is very safe and located within a protected forest area, where wild animals may occasionally be . There are also outdoor spaces where guests can enjoy a peaceful walk and relax. Other things to note We do not serve breakfast. There are small grocery stores and bakeries just 6 minutes away by car, and they also offer home delivery. There are both affordable and upscale restaurants in Araras and Itaipava. Access to all restaurants, cafés, and snack spots is only possible by car. In the barbecue deck area, there are useful utensils and appliances such as a microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and refrigerator, which guests may use to prepare a snack or a full meal, if they prefer.
