Beach cottage near the sea

Our vacation cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The cottage (40m2) was built in 2023 and has all the comforts. It is located on a small and quiet park with a large lawn where children can play. Relax in the secluded garden while you hear the birds singing. The beach is 2.5 kilometers away, there is a supermarket within walking distance, and restaurants, swimming pool and other attractions are also nearby. The space The Room We make sure that all the basic things in and around the cottage are there so that you can immediately enjoy your vacation. The cottage: The living room has a flat screen TV with cabinet, sofa bed and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge and freezer, oven and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 160x200 bed with a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and is particularly suitable for children. The bedrooms have mosquito nets. In the living room, we have a fold-out sofa bed. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and a bathroom cabinet. The garden features a dining area with six chairs, lounge set and a parasol. There is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. You can use the Weber barbecue as you wish. For the beach, we have scoop nets and other beach games that you can use. You can also borrow our bicycles, which are not brand new but are fine for short bike trips. If desired, we can supply linen and bath towels at a rate of 10 euros per person. The total rental price includes tourist tax (2.50 euros p.p. per day). Nearby Within walking distance, you will find several playgrounds, including 2 amusement parks, an indoor swimming pool, supermarket and a number of dining options. Sint Maartenszee is a quiet beach, 2.5 km away with 2 nice beach bars. There is plenty to do around Sint Maartenszee, and you can walk and cycle to Petten, Camperduin or Hargen. There are nature parks, nice villages such as Schagen and Tuitjenhorn, beautiful beach towns and delicious eateries. So, more than enough to do! Guest access You have access to the entire space and the private garden, you can also use the public places of the park.
