Nice ground floor apartment with private garden inside a residence with swimming pool, located just 100 meters from the lake. The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen area including every comfort, a bedroom and a bathroom. The space The house has an area of about 50 square meters and is composed as follows: LIVING AREA: The living area consists of a new and modern kitchen, equipped with every comfort such as: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and every tool necessary for cooking. There is also a dining table, a large double sofa bed and a TV. From here, there is the possibility of direct access to the private garden, which is easily connected to the pool area. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet (including bidet). During the stay, towels are provided for each guest and shampoo, hand soap and body wash are provided. DOUBLE BEDROOM: The room is equipped with a king-size bed with two bedside tables on the side and a large wardrobe to be able to place all your clothes. A single bed can also be placed for an additional guest. OUTDOOR PATIO Outside there is a private garden equipped with a table and umbrella, where you can dine outdoors. SWIMMING POOL The pool area is for the exclusive use of the residence and there is a lifeguard to ensure the safety of children. We provide 2 sun loungers free of charge! Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house during their stay and will be able to freely use all the amenities and appliances present. POOL AREA: Guests will have free access to the pool for the duration of their stay, except during the check-out day. It is important to follow the rules that will be shared at check-in. PLAY AREA Behind the residence there is a children's play area easily accessible from an internal gate. The play area has two swings and a slide.
