Crushing It Carriage House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located carriage house. It includes a single bedroom with a queen bed. The living room couch is also a pull-out queen bed. We prefer to limit this space to two people, but can fit adults with children or three adults. Just let us know. The space One-bedroom carriage house located 1/2 mile from downtown Leadville. Carriage house is above our detached garage. Guest access The carriage house is above the detached garage behind our house. It is accessed via an unnamed alley. Other things to note Due to HOA rules we aren’t able to accommodate trailers, boats or large rvs.
