Enjoy lakehouse life style in peace and quite at a beautiful and spacious lakefront property with stunning sights and bird songs, grand trees, exquisite flowers and plants, 7 seater luxury hot tub, private boat dock with upper deck, 6 seater fire pit (not available during burn ban), well equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill with stove, a porch overlooking the lake with 2 seating areas and 75 inch smart TV, comfortable king, queen and full beds, a dedicated gaming and workspace and more amenities The space Serenity Lakehouse is a piece of paradise tucked in a deed restricted Del Mar Esplanade . It has 1920 square feet of living space on a quarter acre of waterfront property. It is surrounded with mature and grand trees, visited by multiple bird species in constant singing and plumage competetion, startling splashing in the lake as if big fish or mermaid taunting you to catch them. Comfortable 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 4 full bunk beds await each one of you in 3 separate bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has closet and wide screen high definition TVs. The master bedroom has a 2 seater reclining sofa. A gaming console is set up in the bunk bedroom. There's even dresser in two bedrooms. Upon request, 1 folding bed will be prepared in the laundry room for mobility challenged guest. 1 full bathroom upstairs with bath tub stacked with toiletries and towels is dedicated for singing. Another full bathroom downstairs is updated for your convenience. Guest access Right in front of the property is a recessed wire fence where you can read in bold white letters "135 Santa Maria St". That gravel covered vacant space in front is a designated 4 car free parking area for guests. The driveway of the detached 2 car garage is reserved for the host and EV that requires charging overnight. You can enter thru the unlocked main gate of the wire fence. The front door of the house is equipped with a digital lock and key lock box. The code will be sent to the guest one day before check-in date. In case the digital lock rans out of battery, the code for the key lock box is also being provided. Other things to note SAFETY WARNING: Our property is not equipped to accomodate handicapped people nor it is fully safe for children nor it is child/infant proofed. So, we welcome the handicapped guests with caution. We require 24-hour adult supervision to children/infant guests. For all guests, we expect you to observe safety and precaution while inside our premises specially when you are or near the lake or hot tub or fire pit. We are not taking any responsibility for any untoward or unfortunate incident that may happen to you while in our property. WATER LEVEL ADVISORY: We do not guarantee the lake level will be up to your expectation upon check in. When the lake has been down 4 feet or more on New Year's Day, the longest it has taken to fill up to the average lake level has been 154 days until June 4th in 1981, but it has taken as few as 22 days until January 23rd in 2007. Keep yourself updated on Cedar Creek Lake water level online. REMINDER TO GUESTS: This is our one and only family owned and operated business. You can do the math. We don't make millions. We take pleasure in helping our guests create happy memories. We hope you take care of our house and its amenities so we can continue to provide fun and comfort to your next vacation. NO PET POLICY: We experienced a lot of issues from pets brought by guests.. We decided not to welcome pet(s) anymore in our lakehouse. This includes emotional support animals.
