Guest apartment in a great detached house in quiet surroundings in the countryside, about three quarters by car from Bodø. Surrounded by forests, mountains and the sea. Close to sights such as Saltstraumen, Svartisen and Langsand on Sandhornøy. Good conditions for fishing in all ways, sea and water. Bedroom with large double bed. Sofa also possible for a 3rd person. Also a removable guest bed. There is also an available bedroom in the rest of the building, but the use of this must be agreed upon. The space Rental area is the 1st floor of a larger detached house with own entrance. The host lives in the home. In the entrance area, there is a laundry room that the host must have access to as needed by agreement with the tenant(s). Entrance to this from the outside of the building. There is a refrigerator, microwave and cutlery etc. in place but not a full kitchen. The tenant(s) can access the complete kitchen in the main part of the home as needed/agreed. Heating cables in all floors. Outdoor areas with barbecue and barbecue equipment are available to the tenant, also used by the host. 10 minutes away by car there is also a roadside store (11-19). Local store 2 km away (08-22). Guest access Apartment on the 1st floor unless otherwise agreed. Full access to outdoor areas.
