Newly built guest house in Kullabygden

In a newly built guesthouse in the rural, lush part of Kullabygden, we offer a high-quality accommodation. The house is located along the Kattegattsleden trail and close to Kullaleden offers the opportunity for both hiking and biking in fantastic nature. About 1 km to swimming, restaurant (Svanshall) and in Jonstorp there is a grocery store. The space Large lovely living room which is integrated with the kitchen. Sanded concrete floor that meets plastered walls and a white painted wooden ceiling. Lovely floor to ceiling windows as well as two patio doors facing the wooden deck. Large sleeping loft with windows facing south. Double bed 160 cm. Stairs up to the sleeping loft which has a standing height and an area of 6 x 3 meters. Another bedroom on the second floor with openable skylight with blackout curtain. Two 90 cm beds that can easily be put together to a double bed. The house is not optimal for families with children, especially if you have small children. We think it's important that our guests feel comfortable and safe in our small guest house. Guest access Private fenced garden with wooden deck of 3 x 7 meters and lawn. Two entrances to the house, one that we share and another via the wooden deck. Other things to note The stairs up to the sleeping loft are quite steep, therefore not optimal for children or if you have trouble walking up stairs. We have two dogs that are part of our family, they walk loose on the property but are completely separated from the guest house which has its own enclosed garden (they do not enter there). If you are very afraid of dogs, our accommodation is not optimal, but more of our guests have appreciated our dogs and some have even taken them for walks (others have wanted to take them home!)
