Newly-built guest house in Kullabygden

In a newly-built guest house in the rural, lush part of Kullabygden, we offer high-quality accommodation. The house is located along the Kattegattsleden and near Kullaleden, offering the opportunity for both hiking and cycling in fantastic nature. About 1 km to swimming, restaurant (Svanshall) and in Jonstorp there is a grocery store. The space Large lovely living room that is integrated with the kitchen. Polished concrete floors that meet plastered walls and a white-painted wooden ceiling. Lovely floor-to-ceiling windows and two patio doors that open out to the wooden deck. Large sleeping loft with windows facing south. Double bed 160 cm. Stairs up to the sleeping loft that has standing height and an area of 6 x 3 meters. Another bedroom on the second floor with an opening skylight with a blackout curtain. Two 90 cm beds that easily can be put together to a double bed. The house is not optimal for families with children, especially if you have small children. We think it's important that our guests feel comfortable and safe in our small guest house. Guest access Private enclosed garden with wooden deck of 3 x 70 square feet and lawn. Two entrances to the house, one that we have in common and another via the wooden deck. Other things to note The stairs up to the sleeping loft are quite steep, therefore not optimal for children or if you have trouble walking stairs. We have two dogs that are part of our family, they walk freely on the property but are completely separated from the guest house which has its own enclosed garden (they do not enter there). If you are very afraid of dogs, our accommodation is not optimal, but more of our guests have appreciated our dogs and some have even taken them for walks (others have wanted to take them home!)
