The charming maisonette of Ribaute train station

Small peaceful haven among the vines. It is in an outbuilding of the former Ribaute train station that we suggest you put your bags down. Building built in 1875, completely renovated in the spirit of a Tiny House. You will find modern comfort while being transported back in time with a vintage and sophisticated decor. This 20 m2 cottage will appeal to all those who are looking for authenticity, character and a peaceful atmosphere. The space 20 m2 outbuilding located in the garden of the former Ribaute train station. The accommodation is completely independent, with its own entrance and even its outdoor patio to enjoy the southern sunshine. Fully renovated and air-conditioned. The accommodation was designed as a Tiny House, with a living room and bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a mezzanine bedroom. Access is therefore not possible for people with limited mobility. The living room consists of a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, stove, hood and combined microwave oven. The breakfast area is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The lounge area has a round table and a bench for a friendly meal. The bathroom will promise you a real moment of relaxation thanks to its corner bathtub for two people with massage jets. Bathrobes will be available. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine open to the living room, it consists of a king size bed (180 cm) with quality bedding to promise you a restful night under a starry sky. The large screen TV (160 cm) is visible from the bed with an SFR decoder and access to Netflix for a movie night. The place is great for a couple who want to recharge their batteries in peace and comfort. Not suitable for people with limited mobility (mezzanine). As a safety measure, it is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. The building is no longer a train station, however the railway is still in operation. Small two-car passenger trains pass by the railroad tracks near your home. Everything is obviously completely secure, but don't be surprised to hear a train pass by. The sound level is very moderate, this will allow you to discover the authenticity of this charming place. (One to two trains on the weekend). The accommodation is not suitable for people who like to sleep in complete darkness; in fact, we did not want to alter the structure of the building, it was not possible for us to put blinds. We still made sure to put up blackout curtains. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets allowed. Housekeeping must be done upon checkout, garbage cans emptied. Otherwise you can choose to pay an extra €30 for the cleaning fee. Breakfast available at extra cost and also a romantic option. Lots of nice places to discover nearby. Beziers, Montpellier, Pezenas, Port de Sète, Carcassonne...
