Welcome with loved ones to this family-friendly neighborhood. The house is located in central Nykvarn and with only a 10-minute walk you can take the train that takes you to Stockholm C in 30 minutes. The house is a 2-story house with a living area of 143 sqm. On the lower level, there is a large hall, office, shower/toilet, laundry, kitchen and living room and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, bathroom/toilet and living room. Other things to note We have a cat that will live in the house during your stay. If you can refill the food bowl + water daily, he will be happy. It's an outdoor cat, so he mostly stays outside during the day and we have a cat flap that he can run out and in whenever he wants.
