If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. *Stays Over 10 Nights Additional housekeeping is required and is subject to an extra fee.
