An apartment in "Torresol Tropical" located in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach, in a good safe and strategic sector, relatively close to the Tonsupa boardwalk where you can find several restaurants and services. Located on the fifth floor with a direct ocean view, it consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed for 2 and a 3/4 bed, 2 full bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, and a kitchen. Parking and 24/7 security. The space The balcony has a small armchair, table and chairs in case you want to share a moment in the outdoor space with a beautiful view of the beach. The apartment has all the basic amenities, has a equipped kitchen and in the bedrooms there are corresponding sheets and pillows that are free to use if you prefer, the living room and the two rooms have Smart TV that works with the internet service of the apartment. The A/C is centralized with exit in the two rooms, living and dining room. Beach accessories such as the tent and chairs are marked for guest use only. Personal hygiene items are the responsibility of each guest. The building has recreational spaces like the pool and a small relaxation area with beachfront cabanas, which are at total guest availability, features direct access to the beach from their facilities and the building's private security 24/7. -You must make the purchase of an identification handle, $5 x guest upon arrival (cost charged by the building administration) and must bring it during your stay-- Guest access Guests can enter the building from the rear if they enter by vehicle. Access is directed to the apartment's personal parking lot. It can be accessed on foot along the beach. The building has an elevator and stairs to access the apartment.
