Watch Key Deer from the pool, TV from the covered patio, sunsets from the hot tub and enjoy meals on the screened in porch. 10 minutes to Bahia Honda Park, 40 minutes to Key West or stay in and enjoy kayaking in the canals and a good meal off the Traeger smoker. It’s a tropical paradise! The space Welcome to the Hill family’s tropical paradise where we bring our family to create memories in the sun! Over the years we’ve added amenities to make this house a home and place we love to return to. We think you’ll love it, too! You’ll find lots of outside seating areas, swinging chairs to watch tv, a hammock, an above ground pool, fenced in yard, comfortable turf, lush landscaping, hottub, kayaks, and smoker grill - and that’s just outside! Our concrete dock is easy to access, with community ramp 1 street over from home. Enjoy a scenic ride through our neighborhood canals to open water. Turn left for the ocean and right for the sound! Step inside for a kitchen stocked with cookware, lots of small appliances, dishes, cutlery and more. Bring your favorite recipes if you want to spend time dining with family on the screened in porch. You’ll find games, puzzles, 4 comfortable recliners and a 65” tv should you need a little inside entertainment. There’s a small desk area by the kitchen you can connect to 1G internet if you have to do a little work. You’ll find ample storage, linens, and a washer and dryer. Don’t pack too much - we’ve got you covered, literally! We think you’ll love our place in the sun and make it part of your annual vacation tradition! We hope to see you soon! Guest access Guest have access to the entire upstairs home excluding one small supply closet. The closed in downstairs area is not available for guest use. It is storage only.
