Very private waterfront retreat with 172' of frontage on Big Gull Lake. Classic 70s wood a-frame nestled on a private south-facing lot with all day sun. Jump off the dock into deep clear water, paddle around in our canoe or have a bonfire on the edge of the property overlooking the lake. This is a nature lovers paradise where you will hear a loon call everyday. 70s renovated Airstream with a queen bed is also on the property and can be booked in tandem with the cottage. Welcome to Happy Rock! The space Cottage is suitable for 4 guests with a loft queen bedroom upstairs and small double bedroom downstairs. There is one bathroom, kitchen with Smeg fridge, open-concept living room and an awesome screened in porch with large dining table. Large walk out patio with patio furniture. The cabin is 70s rustic but well appointed for all your needs. The airstream sleeps 2 people with a queen bed and can be added to the booking for an extra $100 per night. It has a wood burning stove to keep you toasty on cool evening nights. Starlink wifi is available. Big Gull Lake has amazing fishing and is essentially untouched. Beautiful rocky shore with private bay for swimming and Provincial Parks near by. About 35 minute drive to Sharbot Lake. Please note: the property is not suitable for young children and pets are not permitted. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property with a lockbox combination. Other things to note Please bring your own drinking water, bedsheets, towels and take garbage with you as the cottage is not serviced by the town. Much appreciated.
