The property features a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area, fully furnished with two comfortable sofas, a TV and dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. 🛏️ Upstairs, there are two comfortable double bedrooms, along with a family bathroom. The entire property is exclusively yours during your stay, so there is no sharing with other guests. 📍 Fantastic location: • Approximately 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes’ walk to Royal Stoke University Hospital • Approximately 4 minutes by car to Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre • Local shops and amenities are within walking distance on Hartshill High Street The property is particularly well suited to NHS staff, contractors, professionals, those relocating for work or anyone needing comfortable accommodation for a longer period. To help keep the property comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow a few simple guidelines: • Please let us know when booking if you will be bringing a pet and how many pets you will have. • Pets must be supervised and should not be left unattended in the property unless they are safely settled and this has been agreed in advance. • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside the property. • Please ensure pets do not cause excessive noise or disturbance to neighbours. • Any pet hair, mess or additional cleaning beyond normal turnover should be dealt with by the guest. A pet fee may apply to cover the additional cleaning required. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet during their stay. Any unexpected damage or specialist cleaning required may be handled through Airbnb in accordance with their policies.
