Ideally located 200 m from the Château d'Angers and the train station, you benefit from the proximity of the city center but also the banks of the Maine, its lake and its open-air cafes. The apartment is dual-aspect and overlooks a garden on one side and a very quiet street on the other, where you can easily park if you are driving. A few steps from Place de la Visitation, you will also find all the useful shops and many restaurants. The space The studio is composed of 2 open spaces: the bedroom/living room and the kitchen/dining room. The bathroom is attached. Guest access Your accommodation is on the ground floor of our home, so we share the main entrance. This common corridor then gives access to your personal entrance to the studio.
