It is 5 minutes from PRAIA DO ESPELHO, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil and from Outeiro Beach. The house is situated south of Trancoso, in the private OUTEIRO DAS BRISAS condominium. The condominium comprises of a small village with a grocery shop, some restaurants, hotels, B&Bs, private houses, internet facility and plenty of undeveloped land. It offers a private aircraft landing strip and a Polo ground, and a golf course is in the planning stage. Gardening, discreet 24-hour security and maintenance services are provided by the condominium. It is just 45 minutes of two incredible villages, Trancoso and Caraiva where you can find excellent restaurants and shopping. Just 15 minutes walking and you find the two best restaurants of Praia do Espelho: “Silvinha” with oriental food and “Mel &Leo” a Japanese restaurant. On the beach you find horses and boats to rent, and a lot of Patachos Indians selling their wonderful handcrafts. You can rent a car on the Porto Seguro international airport, by your food on a good supermarket of the city and in one hour and a half you are in “ Praia do Espelho”. You also can take a taxi R$ 300,00. Daily housekeeper is available and it is paid directly to her R$ 120,00 per day. We can make to facilitate the purchase of supermarket Fresh vegetables, fish, lobster and shrimp are delivered at home too, it’s so ordering in advance. For your comfort and convenience, launderette and a grocery purchase and delivery services are available.
