Live like a local in a geniune home! Our house is in an idyllic and peaceful alley in the city centre. Tourist destinations like Fløyen, UNESCO Bryggen and the Fish Market are only a few minutes walk away. It is a perfect place to retreat to after a day of sightseeing. You can relax and enjoy a drink and the view over the city from the private rooftop terrace. The house is a 130 years old traditional wooden house, with a modern interior. The space Our "Bergenhouse" is askew and full of charm, but with all modern facilities. Our interior style is a mix of modern Danish, Scandinavian teak from the 50s and 60s, and souvenirs from our travels. Layout: 1st Floor: - hallway - 1 double bedroom - bathroom with shower and bathtub - laundry 2nd Floor: - kitchen, newly renovated withtop quality cabinets and appliances - dining area - living room, all in one open plan 3rd Floor: - a bed that can be singe, double or two single - possibility for work area, including screen - small toilet - cosy rooftop balcony with great view Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves Other things to note The house is 30 meters up from the street, in a narrow alley. There are also some stairs in front of the house. No parking space included. There is no door between the 2nd and 3rd floor and the stairs are quite steep.
