Fern's Lodge is on a small chalet park of 32 cabins close to Seaton town and the sea . There is a handy little garage /shop just off the park and free parking .The chalet has 2 bedrooms equipped with a double bed and bunk beds and sleeps 4 . The living/ kitchen and dining area is open plan with a deck at the front for outside dining . There are lovely views from the top of the hill plus a picnic area /woodland walks . Well behaved dogs welcome . Your electric is on a coin meter taking £1 /£2 . Guest access There is a key safe on the left of the building. Your code will be sent to you before you are due to arrive Other things to note This property does not have Wifi DOG OWNERS . please note dogs must be on a lead while in the park and owners must pick up after them. You can take dogs on the main beach outside of holiday times..BUT between May and September they are only allowed at the far left end of the beach by the yacht club. Please be aware that your electricity is on a coin meter so be sure to bring some £1-2 coins. The meter is located in the cupboard on the left end of the kitchen below the toaster.
